Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing from Code Weaver Studio ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access our software or services.

2. Software Licensing

Our WordPress plugins and themes are distributed under a dual-license model. The PHP code (backend) is licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) v2 or later. However, the proprietary assets (CSS, JavaScript, SaaS licensing API integration, and design files) are strictly copyrighted by Code Weaver Studio.

3. SaaS Remote Licensing

Certain products, including WP WhatsApp Pro and Swift SEO AI, require an active SaaS license key to function. This key is bound to a specific domain name upon activation.

• You may not share, resell, or distribute your license key.
• Attempting to bypass or alter the remote licensing validation API will result in immediate termination of your account without a refund.

4. Limitation of Liability

Code Weaver Studio provides software "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall we be liable for any damages, including lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of the use or inability to use our plugins.

5. Lifetime Support & Updates

"Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the specific product line. If a product is completely deprecated or discontinued, we will provide at least 90 days' notice. Support is provided exclusively to the original purchaser.
