Conditions for a Refund

Because digital software cannot be explicitly "returned," we have a few common-sense conditions before issuing a refund:

  • You must have first submitted a support ticket to our team to allow us to try and fix the issue.
  • The issue must be due to a bug or conflict in our software, not due to heavily customized server environments or faulty third-party theme code.
  • Refunds are not granted for missing features that were not explicitly promised on the sales page.

License Revocation

Upon processing a refund, your SaaS license key will be instantly revoked. The plugin will deactivate on your domain, and you must permanently delete all copies of the software from your server.
