Licensing Agreement

1. Single Site License

A "Single Site" license grants you the right to activate and use the software on one (1) single domain or WordPress installation. You may install it on a local staging environment (e.g., localhost) for development purposes without counting against your limit.

2. Agency Pro License

The "Agency Pro" license grants you the right to activate the software on up to ten (10) domains. This is strictly intended for developers or agencies building websites for their direct clients. You may not resell the license key standalone or act as a software reseller.

3. Domain Binding & Transfers

For security, Code Weaver Studio utilizes a SaaS License API. Upon entering your key into the plugin, it permanently binds to that domain. If a client moves their website to a new domain name, you must contact our support team to issue a "Domain Reset" for your key.

4. Lifetime Licenses

If you purchased a "Lifetime" tier, this means you will not be charged recurring annual fees for the software. You will receive updates and support for the lifetime of that specific product line. If the product is entirely rewritten as a "V2" from the ground up, a discounted upgrade fee may apply.

5. Termination

If we detect that a license key is being shared publicly on warez sites, forums, or distributed beyond the allowed limits of your plan, Code Weaver Studio reserves the right to immediately revoke the key and block the associated IPs from our validation server without notice.
